Here are some pictures that were taken on Xmas eve. Yes... Sadly, I was working on Xmas eve. But for half day only! Still, I was very sleepy when I went to work that morning. On the morning of Xmas eve, I was thinking " WHY AM I GOING TO WORK FOR?! " Argh. But oh wells. We stuffed our faces with cake when we got to the office anyhow. Yum. :) Then I headed home after work and crashed onto my bed til dinner where I went to my dear cousin place Siying for BBQ food/talk cock/bitching/ranting session. All of which Im going to post it another time! :) And like today as Im sitting in the office typing this entry, ( My eyes are half asleep ) I have that I-am-so-tired-this-morning-my-brain-is-not-functioning attitude. So, every year my Mum always makes plans for us to do a little bit of charity work during christmas and so far we've gone to old folks homes and homes for the intellectually disabled people. This year, we decided to go to The Hiding Place this year to throw some christmas joy for the people living there. :) ( The Hiding Place is a Christian Home set up for the spiritual rehabilitation of ex-drug addicts, glue sniffers, alcoholics, delinquents and individuals with related problems. It was started in 1978 by Pastor Philip Chan and Sister Christina Chan who responded to God's call into this ministry of reaching out to substance abusers. )

We had really good food catered by my Mum and her group of friends who all contributed for this event. I was very impressed by a young girl who looked about 12 years old because she approached my Mum and thanked her for the food. ( I think she was one of the relatives of someone living in the home. ) :) Good upbringing. After dinner, we sang some good old traditional christmas songs and ended the day with the distribution of small gifts for the children who were there that day. :) I was so happy that Mr T still came and joined me on this day and even helped my parents out to unload all the food from the car, wipe up the mess in the booth when the curry spilled over and participated in the events that took place at the home. :) Second year im spending Xmas with him. Yeap, we headed down to Underwater World! :D I haven't been there in eons and it was really exciting for me! Something embarrassing happened that day which involve a stupid stingray aka CRAZY which scared me til I burst into tears! HAHAHA. Will never forget that day. We took a lotta pictures and I can't wait to post it up here. :) 10 more days to Xmas! Ive gotten my outfit ready for Xmas already and hopefully my nails will recover soon ( Just remove my acrylic french manicured nails, got it done for free because I was a guinea pig for my colleague who's doing a manicure course now. ) so I can polish em nicely. :) Work's been ok. Busy here and there. But still cope-able. All I can think of everyday when I get home is to lie in bed and ZzZzZzZz. I dont even have the energy to jog anymore. :( I think that's why my colleague commented recently that I put on weight. KNN. Terrible news! The weather report said that it'll rain this afternoon but seriously, from where im sitting at work now, its really bright and sunny. I dont see no dark clouds hovering. URGH. Im in pants and a long sleeve cotton shirt dammit. SIGH. Gonna perspire bullocks today for sure. I hope I dont have to work this coming Sunday. Thank god all nearby. Phew!

Been invited to a early Xmas party this coming friday. Am going with T. Fridays are my favourite man. Yayy.

Cant believe 2009 is coming to an end. Bittersweet memories altogether. Hopefully we'll get to make better memories in 2010 eh. Am keeping my fingers crossed. :)

Last week, I was invited by T's parents to attend their 30th wedding anniversary dinner. We had dinner at Raffles Hotel and it was a good buffet spread. :) I loved it! But it was quite weird because I didnt like the creme brule. I suck. :( Bloody Creme Brule! I preferred something else! And last Sunday it was T's dad's birthday.I think he's 58 or something. Gah. I dont wanna live til 58 years old! Haha. Wanna dieeeeeeeeee. Okok, im going mad. Should go busy myself with work lah. And some online shopping, :)

Ps: Just came back from a fire drill downstairs. So funny. Waste of time. As usual got suanned by boss.

I swear, Im slowly becoming like one of those corporate zombies at work. You know, the kinds where you see on the trains or buses with their sullen faces and their tired shoulders looking like they're just going through everyday life with no meaning. Yeap, those kind. :( I think its quite scary. My conversations with people are becoming like " How are you? ', " Hows work? " The mundane questions typically asked. Its so limited. Depressing. The only time I do actually get to be myself is when Im with the girlies Char & Zura. Other than that, nothing much. Ah yes, and I have X2 trainings the next 2 weeks and boy am I dreading it. LOL. I keep hearing the same things over and over again. Thank god Im not the one training the people. Im just sitting there and showing off the phone functions. Hehe. Work wise so far so good. I always hope for the weekends. DAMN, how i love weekends since I started working!

Oh yes, I caught "New Moon" last week. OMG OMG OMGGGGG. Shrieking away like a little girl whenever either of the two hotties came on screen! Taylor Lautner is superbly HOT! ( The werewolf in the show. ) Everyday as I walk past the pillars of Dhoby Ghaut station, there he is, plastered on the walls. Ahhh. :) JESUS CHRIST! Can anyone get any hotter than him? -gushes- :) I think im quite disgusting really. Im literally lusting over a 17 year old kid. Hahahaha. Not like I care anyway! :P People! Please go and watch "New Moon" Though I agree to a small extent that the action scenes as compared to "Twilight" werent as good... but still! I try to not let bad incidences affect me. Others tell me it aint worth it. I want to believe them, but I dont want to think so. 2009 is drawing to an end already. I have met many different people at work ( More good than bad. Thank god ) and learned quite a few here and there ( Like today I had to handle some shitty retail portal incentive bullshit retail staffs get for selling any of our products and I didnt fucking know what I was saying to the guy over the other line because my colleague was just blabbering away and I was trying to catch what she was saying and regurgitate word for word of what she said to me to the guy over the phone without screwing up and causing minimum misunderstanding between him and me but ai ya, I dont know man. :/// Sucky. Hope he got what the fuck I or rather she said. BLAH! ) and yet, despite how tired and drained I am after a long day of work, ( I definitely finish work after 6 PM please! ) I am glad to be here. So far so good I guess. ( Granted in the beginning I was practically whining all day. Haha. ) I admit that I definitely have a online shopping addiction or some sort too. I have been spending a lotta money the whole month of October til today. :( But thank god for Mr T who buys me stuffs when we're out as well. YAY. :) Today he surprised me by fetching me from Courts @ Tampines Megastore after work. :) It was my last place I had to visit and it was raining and my feet was hurting and my bag was extremely heavy and and and I WAS JUST SO HAPPY THAT HE SPECIALLY CAME DOWN TO FETCH ME HOME AFTERWHICH HE RUSHED OFF TO TOA PAYOH FOR WORK. I was invited by T to attend the Barclay's showdown held at Sentosa and it actually wasnt too bad. I thought I'll be bored stiff there but haha, we were in the suite and I could look down and check out eye candies. ( Male and females included. ;) ) Not too bad. OMG the food there especially the desserts were sooooooo freaking' yummy! I was so game for 2nd helpings but when one is at such ATAS events. one must refrain from being such a greedy little hog. HAHA. Btw, Mr Lam Chih Beng ( Singapore's pro golfer ) isnt very friendly. In fact, after his horrible play, he joined us at the suite and was all arrogant and crappy. Urgh. Plus his baby isnt very cute too. :P Anyway, here are some pictures of T and I etc.

This was taken last friday when I finished work and met T and his old rich uncle friends at Warren for dinner. It was actually very fun being with them. They kept on poking fun at T and I and I was made to be table leader as there was some stupid game going on during dinner. Haha.

Life at work begins.

Boo all! I dont think anybody reads my LJ anymore actually.. But i'll just update this space! :) Ah, started work already and ive been busy! 2nd day on the job and I had to do a media event launch. BAH. We're launching the EU phones and like I barely knew anything about the upcoming models but still had to demonstrate etc and learn. GAH. Afterwhich had to attend a company dinner and I was so embarrassed and shy when my big boss told me to stand up and introduce myself to the whole freaking company. Double GAH! I stood up, face totally blushing like a tomato and started stammering and muttering something like " Ummm yeah, hi everyone, ummm Im Callixta. '' and hurridly sat down. Face still looking downwards at my plate of expensive food which made me quite sick afterwards. Urgh. :((( ( We ate at this German bistro called Brozeit located at Raffles Place. The big boss treated everyone because of good sales or whatever it was lah. The bill came up to about 1k! ) TERRIBLE lah me! Totally unprepared and stunned when the big boss told me to introduce myself. Yikes! :///

3rd day and I had to OT til about 1030 pm because there was a training session conducted at work and we all had to stay back to introduce the EU phones to the promoters etc. Met an EX SJCian at the training and she came up to me and was like " Your from SJC right? " And i replied " Yeah!!! :) " Didnt even know her name but I recognised her face and so did she. Cool. :) The next day, someone on my FB ( This guy who I clubbed just once with Meryl and her big gang of friends and never even said anything to him at all in the club ) left me something on my wall and asked me whether I was at the training or not. Turns out he was there and he recognised me but didnt dare to say hi because he was afraid that he might have gotten the wrong person. And you know whats even better? My supervisor/boss ( Different from the big boss I mentioned earlier ) knows Mr. T! They even played on the greens before. GAH GAH GAHHH! Like what the hell right!? Singapore is sucha small world! Cannot stand it man! ://// My supervisor is actually a very very nice man. Lucky us! Hopefully they dont change the in-charge of us anytime soon. It'll be damn SIAN if they do so. Especially if its some anal biatch. I already have a feelin who it'll be if they do lor. Crappo. ( They changed supervisor for my dept. like 4 times alr!? Ps: theres only 5 of us in our dept. )

Anywho, this coming Sat and Sunday is the E.U launch and I have to completely burn my weekends for it. Such is working life eh? Tsk tsk. I apparently have some "facial issue" going on at work ( I dont think its that bad... :/// ) and I must remind myself to kick the bad habit. But frankly I cant help it larrr! :((( If you hear things like '' Next week must work OT til 11 pm " etc, wont your face drop too!?!? Tiring man! And everyday I wake up at 630am man! Sucha OBSCENE hour! Hahah! ( Back in secondary school I use to wake up at 545 am though.. but that was like 4 years ago! ) Gotta be at work at 9 am sia! Just imagine how tired I am?! Ah Ive also gotten a new camera for myself to be used at work etc. Its red and extremely cool looking. :) Its a CANON IXUS 100IS. :) Yayyyy. One of the upcoming model we're launching has a 12.1 megapixel camera with the phone and its been like praised by everyone who we've showed it too ( Frankly its really chio when you take the pictures ) but its gonna be expensive man. More than 1k plus. I cant purchase it at all! :( The ladies lurve this 12,1 megapixel phone aplenty! :) If you guys are heading down to town on the 24th and 25th ( Sat and Sun ) this week, please drop me a text and come visit me! :) I'll either be at Cine or Wisma I think. I would totally be damn happy if you came down and just chit chat chit chat with me a bit. HEHEHE. :))) Other than that, ummmm, im just really taking work one day at a time. As for colleagues wise, i think theyre all still tolerable. I always tell myself to be strong no matter what and to take a little hardship now. You know, take things with a pinch of salt? Yeah.

Anyway,

1. I got a job, ( ~~Yay!~~ ) But not one that I want due to some personal reasons. Sigh. :/// I guess I'll just swallow my pride and turn a blind eye to how I really feel. Who knows, it may turn out good eh? Im hoping for the best. Settled for this because Im so sick of going for interviews and waiting around blah blah blah.

2. I went wakeboarding. Damn it. Kept crashing face first into the water and probably drank a gallon of murky seasalt water in the process. :( I think in the beginning Pei was very annoyed by me because I was nervous and extremely noisy. Yikes. The waters looked very terrifying. It was dark and creepy! Kept thinking that some ghost would pull my legs down into the water and everytime I fell into the waters, I prayed the boat would hurry come and get me. :( Worse, I was having my period that day. :( Shoved a tampon up my vag and just went ahead man. The tampon overflowed in the end. Sigh. :( Thank god didnt leaked onto the boat because there were two guys on board. Phew! Woke up the next morning with aches all over my body. Even my butt hurt. Ouch. :( The pain persisted for the next 3 days. Next time, I wanna try pole dancing! HAHA!

3. Met the cousins too at Siying's place and we danced and sang the night away. It was hella fun babes! :) Siying, next time better stay with us longer! And we should record more videos! Funny! :D This time we must record WQ dancing man. OMG that night was super hilarious! And a lot of WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :D

4. Celebrated my 21st at SIA Sports Club and it was great! Partied like a rockstar at Zirca afterwards and was dead tired the next morning. ( Uh, think I mentioned that already. Bah. )

5. Cashed in my ANG BAOs collected from the party and damn, Ive never been this "rich'' before. WAHAHAHA. ( Small amount but to me big big eh! ;P )

6. Went to Corde's 21st birthday chalet and it wasnt too bad though it started to rain. Loved the flavour of the cake! Yummy! Her friends were all very friendly and funny too. Thank god for them! Good company! :)

Watched " Up " with Theo, Zura and JM last week I think. I cried bullocks a grand total of 3 times in the movie. No, you heard me. I didnt teared. I literally CRIED. Especially parts where they showed the love between the old lady and the man. Awwww! -sniffles- I loved the show so much! From start til end! Dammit, I wouldnt mind watching again! :) 5/5 stars! Totalllyyyy!

HAHAHAHA. Caught " The Hangover " with the girls and OMG, we laughed a lot during the show ( Very loudly as well ) and the baby in the show is SUPERBLY cute! OMG! Especially when he put on the shades n all, and was comforted by the guys in the show when he was sitting behind the cop car and was tearing. Awww! Good show too! 4/5 stars lah! ( 1 star missing because we watched it at Plaza Singapura which was a pretty sucky cinema. :/// )

VASSSSUPPPP! Fucking HILARIOUS this show! The girls and I were like laughing so much, I swear people were like " CRAZY BITCHES! " But pity that M.D.A cut out a lot of scenes in this show and I really thought the whole show could have been longer. Boo! :( I laughed the hardest and the loudest during the part where Bruno went for the Martial Arts lesson and he was holding onto 3 dildos and ''fighting'' with the guy! HAHAHAHAH! Its a R21 movie btw and thus we decided to watch it at Lido because its the slackest' cinema around where they wont really check id. The girls kept saying my boobs did the job of distracting the old ti ko pek men in there from checking out id. -_-'''' Right... Zura's reaction was priceless really. She did a little punch and was like " YEAH!!! " when the guy let us in. Wth. HAHA. 3.5/5 stars!

Just watched this show yesterday at Bugis with Theo and what can I say.. I love BOTH of the actors in the show very much. Ryan Renolds is so freakin' HOT! Especially his body lah! Damnnn! ~~Fine piece of good looking ass!~~ Oops! Haha. I give it like 4/5 stars. It was comical and I felt the chemistry between both of them was really good. The scenary shown in the movie was also really breath taking. Man, if I lived in a country like that, gosh, I would be so happy! :)

Thats ALL the shows Ive been watching this whole week! Yayness! :) I wanna watch "District 9" and "Orphan" now! Hehehe! :)

So I decided to learn a bit of golf from Theo in the past 2 weeks. Like seriously! HAHA. Can you imagine me playing golf? I look pretty goofy and I dont have much golf clothes ( Except from the 2 events I worked before and I only use the all black outfit because the other one's pretty fugly really. :// ) Went to the driving range and hit some balls and we even went to the putting green where I broke out in a victory dance when I managed to putt one of the golf balls into the hole. HAHAH. That one made Theo roar with laughter and he was like " Baby, people can see you lah! " Oopsie! =X We also ate at the O.C.C club itself and I tried to act " ATAS '" because Theo told me to do so before I entered the cafe and he said, " Chin up. Just look SUPER confident. " ( Okie, failed on that part too because I am so cannot do the " ATAS " look at all! ) I just bounced and literally skipped right into the cafe with a stupid smile to myself, completely oblivious to my surroundings. National Day Parade 2009!

Happy National Day Everyone! :)

Theo and I had a superduper fantastic time together watching my first ever NDP performance LIVE ( Excluding the 2 previews I went for previously. ) and I honestly miss the hype and excitment involved yesterday already! Again again! :( Everyone at the Marina Bay's floating platform were so enthusiastic and wild! Haha. First time I saw Theo so so so engrossed and super engaged into the whole show as well. ( He was like singing and cheering LOUDLY most of the time while we were there lah. Thats why towards the end of the night, he was extremely shagged out already and even suffered a headache. Must have been the hot weather and the fact that Theo needs to be fed every 2-3 hours or so if not he'll be running on low fuel. LOL! )

Anyway, the gates only opened at 4 pm but by around 330 pm or so, there was already a longgggg line forming already so we followed with them. Finally only got ourselves seated around lets say, 415ish pm? Oh my god, so much for the weather being "kind" to us! It was so FREAKIN' HOT! We waited in our seats all the way til the show started around 6 pm or so man! But I guess, better sunny then rainy huh? What's more Theo and I didnt bring any umbrellas too. So thank god it didnt rain! ( Note: Next time if there's another great opportunity to go for NDP again, remember to bring Macs or whatever yummies you wanna bring, more water, towel to dry perspiration, camera, IPOD Video just to pass time and umbrella! )

This year's performance was absolutely entertaining, creative, enchanting and totally worthwhile for me. :) Loved the hosts for the event because they were so funny throughout and they made everyone laughed and enjoyed themselves even more. Especially Mark Lee and the fat malay guy! Haha!

Oh yeah, and one more thing, KUDOS to the people who took part and volunteered in the event really. I actually thought everything was executed very nicely. :) Their hardwork, planning, dedication, time and effort into the whole event definitely paid off. Yay!

We took so many pictures of the event together yesterday. Not many of ourselves because Theo spent more time taking pictures of the perfoamnces itself. Boo. ://// Haha. Will upload them onto LJ soon. :)

Ps: Thank you Boo for being the first guy who I ever went with to the actual NDP. Im so glad that you came along with me and no one else. :) I would never have traded your place for anyone else too. :) I <3 you darling. You were a total sweetheart ( And I mean it! ) the entire day to me yesterday. MUAH. <3.

I watched Grey's Anatomy by myself ( So lonely. :( ) yesterday and was completely moved and overwhelmed by Alex Karev's wedding vows to Izzie towards the end. I was crying sheepishly when he recited it and it was so sweet... Aww. :) If my future husband recited such vows to me on our wedding day, I would surely be a very blessed and blissful wife. :) Here it is.
